The Warriors brings you the drama of the cult film. When gang leader Cyrus called a summit for every gang in New York, he asked them to unite into one massive army -- under his command, they'd be strong enough to take over the city. The gang kids seemed ready to sign up, until Cyrus was shot by a rival. It's pinned on "The Warriors" -- a small-time gang from the edge of the city. Blamed for a murder they didn't commit, The Warriors have to get from the Bronx to their home turf in Coney Island, with every gang in New York chasing them. Help them fight their way through all the gangs they meet -- and get them home in one piece without getting grabbed by the cops.

the warriors on psp it is preety good the graphics wasnt all that but its on the psp so thats what we excpect first of all i must say the gameplay is very fun and addicting some people say that it isnt for kids cause of the violence all i gotta say is grow up its just a game its not like every kid that sees this is going to go outside and beat people with matchetes and sticks and botles and bricks be realastic people ITS 2009 jeez oh and this game is very good to the movie this is a must buy for the psp if u have a psp and dont have the warriors sell ur psp
I lost the game and im not even mad. i love the movie but i hate this game.You are fighting in the first scene for like an hour straight with a bum that wont fight back.That part alone has me bored out of my freaking skull.My son just plays the quick fights. Thats the most fun he can get out of it. ha ha. hated it.
I love this game. It is exactly like the original on Xbox. Must have for the price.
I truly miss games like this. This is the first beat'em up action games since Street of rage series I really like. The story is simple and the control is great. If you like Street of Rage and/or Final Fight series this game is must to your PSP library.
now i really enjoyed most of the over the top lame-brain dialogue that was so true to form for the classic movie the game is based on but c'mon, rockstar games, even bad guys like to feel like they're the good guys and a scene like that makes it hard to root for your own team. i'm no prude. if you are even thinking of purchasing this game for someone under 18 DON'T. it goes from good fun to noxious and that's a bummer. i'm a huge fan of GWAR and other "sick" stuff, but i had to finally put this game down during the mission where you trash neigborhood shops to let them know you run the new protection racket on the street. after you've smashed everything up in one place, some poor old guy who's the shop owner comes out and you tellhim to "clean up the mess" and have a good laugh. too bad too because other than questionable morals (and some pretty serious unfunny violence) this was a great game. just be advised, it's not for everyone.
